Small habits, shown not claimed

AIBlueprints teaches busy people the small AI habits that make ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot useful at work.

Who it's for

Managers, analysts, marketers, assistants, salespeople, HR and finance folks: anyone who has tried an AI assistant, got a bland answer, and doesn't have time to read the documentation. If you already write elaborate prompts for fun, much of this will be familiar. That's fine. It's meant to be.

What you'll find here

30 tips (and growing), each showing the prompt most people type, a better one, and why the better one works. A prompt library for jobs that come up every week. A Prompt Builder that turns a vague request into a clear one. And a weekly newsletter with one new habit.

How tips are chosen

Most tips start in the official guidance the AI companies publish: Anthropic's prompting docs, OpenAI's prompting guides, Google's Gemini prompting guides and Microsoft's Copilot help pages. Others come from people who write carefully about using AI at work. We rewrite each idea in plain words with our own examples, and every tip links the source it's based on, so you can check it yourself.

A tip earns its place if it's surprising to someone who isn't an AI enthusiast and useful the same day. Clever tricks that only work once, or only in one narrow situation, don't make the cut.

How tips are kept current

These tools change every month. Each tip shows the date it was last checked against its source, and tips are re-checked at least every three months. If one has stopped working for you, email hello@aiblueprints.org and we'll look at it.
