Paste a few past emails so replies sound like you
Show the AI two or three emails you actually wrote and ask it to match them. Drafts stop sounding like a template.
Write a reply to this customer email.
Here are three emails I've written recently. Study how I write: sentence length, greeting, sign-off, how direct I am. Email 1: [paste] Email 2: [paste] Email 3: [paste] Now draft a reply to the customer email below in the same style. They're asking when their delayed order will arrive. The new ship date is next Tuesday. [paste the customer's email]
Why it works
Without examples, the AI writes in its default voice: polite, a bit stiff and wordier than most people. Real emails you wrote show it how you actually sound, which is hard to describe in words. Two or three short ones are enough for it to pick up your greeting, your rhythm and how much small talk you use.

Here are [two or three] emails I've written. Match my style: [anything specific, like "short sentences" or "no exclamation marks"]. [paste your emails] Now draft a reply to this email. The key point is [what you want to say]. [paste the email you're replying to]
Variations
Save your style for later
Describe my writing style from these emails in five bullet points I can paste into future chats.
Adjust for the reader
Keep my style, but make this one a little more formal. It's going to someone senior I haven't met.
