The prompt
Turn these meeting notes into a recap I can send to everyone who attended. Meeting: [name and purpose] Attendees: [names or roles] Notes or transcript: [paste them] Format: 1. Summary: two sentences on what the meeting was for and where we landed. 2. Decisions made: bullets. Only things that were actually agreed. 3. Action items: a table with Task, Owner and Due date. If an owner or date wasn't stated, write "TBC". 4. Open questions: anything raised but not settled. 5. Next meeting: date and topic, if mentioned. Keep it under 250 words. Don't record who said what unless it matters for an action. Don't turn suggestions into decisions. If something is ambiguous, put it under open questions.
