Build a meeting agenda from the outcome you need
Start with what must be true when the meeting ends. The AI works backward to an agenda with times, owners and a clear finish.
Make an agenda for our team meeting.
I'm running a 45-minute meeting with six people from sales and support. By the end, we need to agree on one new process for handing customer complaints from sales to support, and pick someone to own it. Build an agenda that gets us there. For each item, give a time, the goal of that item and who should lead it. Put the decision before the last 10 minutes, not at the very end. Add one thing people should read or prepare beforehand.
Why it works
Most agendas are a list of topics, so meetings end with a good discussion and no decision. Starting from the outcome gives the AI a target to plan backward from. Each item then has a reason to be there, and anything that doesn't move toward the goal is easy to cut.

I'm running a [length] meeting with [who's attending]. By the end, we need to [the decision or result you need]. Build an agenda that gets us there, with a time, goal and lead for each item. Leave time before the end to confirm the decision and next steps.
Variations
Cut it down
We only have 25 minutes now. Which items can move to email, and what does the shorter agenda look like?
Write the invite
Turn this agenda into a short meeting invite that states the goal in the first line and lists what to prepare.
Do we need a meeting?
Given this goal, could we reach it without a meeting? If yes, suggest how. If no, tell me why a meeting is the better option.
