Help me write a job description. I want it to be clear, honest and welcoming to a wide range of candidates. Job title: [title] Team and who they report to: [for example, joins a team of five, reports to the operations manager] Why this role exists: [the problem it solves or what changed] What they'll actually do in a typical week: [rough notes] What success looks like after six months: [outcomes] Must-have skills or experience: [only the true requirements] Nice-to-haves: [list] Work setup: [on-site, hybrid, remote; hours; travel] Salary range and benefits: [if you can share them] Please write: 1. A two-sentence opening that explains why the role matters. 2. "What you'll do" as 5–7 bullets starting with verbs. 3. "What you'll bring" with must-haves and nice-to-haves clearly separated. Keep must-haves to five or fewer. 4. A short section on how we work and what we offer. Use plain language and "you". Avoid jargon, gendered words and phrases like "rockstar" or "ninja". Flag any requirement in my notes that might put good candidates off without being essential. Ask me questions if anything is unclear.
