The prompt
Help me build a structured interview for a role, so every candidate gets the same questions and is judged the same way. Role: [job title] The job description or main responsibilities: [paste it] The 3–4 things that matter most for success in this role: [for example, prioritizing under pressure, explaining complex topics simply] Interview length: [for example, 45 minutes] Interviewer: [for example, hiring manager, or a peer from another team] For each thing that matters most, give me: 1. One behavioral question that asks about a real past situation ("Tell me about a time..."). 2. Two follow-up probes to get past a rehearsed answer. 3. What a strong, an okay and a weak answer sound like, in one line each. Then suggest how to split the time, and a short opening script that tells the candidate how the interview will run. Keep questions job-related. Don't include anything about age, family, health, background or other personal topics. Ask me questions if anything is unclear.
